Army Corps' completed Cat-5 levee protection
The Army Corps of Engineers remains behind schedule in shoring up many parts of the federal levee system in and around New Orleans, but has released its first detailed map showing the areas where it has bulked up protection to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
